We are creating the best video possible with the script and the voiceover type that you approved prior to the video creation.
As you know we are only using the GoAnimate platform to create our illustrations, so we can't come up with a different type of graphics.
Also, by watching our past customer videos on our website, you should be able to have quite a clear idea of the type of video we will provide you.
For these reasons please note that we do not satisfy any refund requests based on your level of satisfaction.
However note that up to 10 corrections are included per video once you receive it, and that we will do our very best to satisfy your vision.
Refund for $595 promotion video
This is a promotional product (that might or might not be available at the time you read this) and once paid, no refund will be made for the purchase of the video.
If you don't want to start the creation of your video right now, you have a total of 3 months from the purchase date to start the creation process. If this delay is passed, your investment will be lost.
Refund for the $1,190 video
This product (as a non-promotional product) is paid in 2 half payments. One payment to pay immediately to start the video creation process, and one payment to pay when your video is completed, to be able to download your video and to switch our logo to yours. Once paid, the first payment is not refundable. If for some reason you want to cancel during the video creation process or even before it started, you won't have to pay the second payment and we will stop working on your video. In the case you cancel, your video will NOT be delivered.
